Job Description
Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator
Salary: £35,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
Contract: Full Time, 6 month contract (with possible extension)
An exciting new opportunity has become available for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator, to join a well-established organisation to support at an exciting phase of their implementation of ServiceNow, into the business.
You will be an expert in ServiceNow, with experience in Design & Configuration of ITSM and ITOM.
Skills Required
• Experience in administering ServiceNow instance, alongside expertise in design & configuration of ITSM and ITOM (5 years+)
• ITIL Certified
• Relevant experience with all ITSM processes
• Experience designing and implementing ITOM, service modelling and CMDB design
Responsibilities
Design & configuration of ITSM and ITOM
Support with ITSM processes
Design & implement ITOM, service modelling and CMDB design
Supporting with a backlog of requirements after ServiceNow going live in December
Provide valuable input into the enhancement of all processes including incident, request, problem, change & release
