Job Description

Job Title: Service Co-Ordinator Administrator
Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 per annum
Location: Hitchin
Contract: Permanent, Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

A reputable manufacturing company are looking for a Service Co-Ordinator within their busy offices in Hitchin. Your role will be to support other branches, so ideally the right candidate will have experience working with multiple branches and managing different diaries daily.

Skills Required

•Previous experience diarising/ scheduling Engineers
•Excellent customer service skills
•Ability to work under pressure
•Highly organised
•Computer literate on Microsoft packages


Support the service team in scheduling service requests
Occasionally take out of hour calls on a rota-basis
Preparing quotations
Handling breakdown calls
Ordering materials
Resolving issues/ complaints
