Skills Required

You will have experience of the full permanent recruitment hiring cycle, ideally in a sales or marketing environment and be passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to be strategic and tactical when making decisions. You will be pro-active, forward thinking with strong consultative client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Full end to end management of the recruitment cycle (permanent recruitment)
Provide a consultative approach to manage existing client relationships and cross sell services offered by Smart10
Constantly assess how Smart10 can add additional value to our clients
Seek new business opportunities through proactive development
Ensure that high levels of customer service (to both clients and candidates) are always achieved
Develop a detailed knowledge of the nature and culture of all our client’s businesses
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve the objectives/targets of the office
• Maintain regular contact with candidates to continually assess their needs, establish their availability, and actively seek suitable work for them
