Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Our client based in St Albans is seeking an ‘Office Manager’ to join their busy office. The successful candidate will have a personable telephone manner and great organisational skills.
Previous senior admin / office management experience essential
Great customer service skills with a confident and friendly telephone manner
High attention to detail
Organised and methodical with the ability to multitask
Good team work skills whilst also being able to use initiative
Processing customer orders and returns using Xero
Handling inbound communications via telephone and email while delivering excellent customer service
Acting as a first point of contact to clients and suppliers and handling queries where possible
Carrying out general administrative duties
Managing the small customer service office team
General office management duties including ordering office supplies and health and safety
