Job Description

Job Title: Sales Support Executive
Salary: £26,000 per annum (£30,000 OTE)
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00 to 5.00 pm (half hour lunch)

Company Profile: A market leader in their field who was established many decades ago, are in search of an experienced sales & admin professional to join their team in the picturesque town of St Albans. Our client is looking for a customer focused team player who can bring experience and enthusiasm to their growing team!

The Job:
• Dealing with Inbound enquires
• Outbound calling for renewals and new business
• Updating their CRM database
• Working towards soft KPI’s and Targets, supported by Management
• Provide first line support for incoming enquiries
• Carry out regular communication with customers and new prospects by phone, email and where necessary, new business visits.

Skills Required

Previous experience in a sales and / or telemarketing position
Excellent Administration experience
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Great customer service skills
Confident and extremely organised
Good computer literacy. Competent in use of MS Office and CRM software
