Job Description

Role: Sales Import Administrator
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum (+ bonus)
Location: Luton
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
In this exciting new role, you will be the main point of contact for distributors, carriers and the sales team. You will play a pivotal role in the business to ensure all customer orders are processed and delivered accurately at all times.

You will have previous order processing and import experience, as well ability to use Excel to a high level - Previous use of SAP would be highly advantageous!

Skills Required

• Strong experience within order processing
• Import experience
• Previous use of SAP
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables etc.)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player
• Proactive approach

Responsibilities

Produce Quotes & Process orders in SAP
Coordinate deliveries
Accurately maintain customer and order data
Maintain databases with order updates and change requests
Liaise with the warehouse to ensure delivery information is accurate and recorded
Manage stock within your own area
Book site surveys & installations, liaising with Engineers
Check import and export documents
Reconcile imports on a daily basis
General reporting and administrative support
Support with SAP project work in a timely and efficient manner
Provide management cover during times of sickness/holidays etc.
