Job Description

Job Title: Part Time - Team Administrator
Salary: £18,000 p.a (Pro rata)
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Contract: Part Time – Monday to Friday 9am to 12pm (16 hours per week)

Due to an internal promotion, we have a new vacancy available for a Part Time Recruitment Administrator to join our busy team!
Your core activity will be to provide administrative support, research, name gathering and recruiting activity to an individual or a team. You will be working under the direction of our Operations Manager.

Skills Required


Be an ambassador for Smart10
Behave in a professional manner appropriate to the market place we serve
Demonstrate a team spirit and a willingness to contribute to meetings and the overall success of the business
Adding new vacancies onto the system
Ensure all communication is detailed on to our new CRM System
Add new contacts and candidates on to our new CRM System
Obtain references for successful candidates placed in employment
Assist with ad-hoc projects as and when required and general administrative tasks
Other duties as reasonably requested by your line manager

Additional Information

£18,000 (pro rata)
Holiday - 21 days per year (pro rata)
Ad-hoc Incentives as outlined by the Managing Director
