Job Description

Job Title: Part-Time – Office Administrator
Salary: £10.00 per hour – temp – perm
Location: Stevenage
Contract: Part-Time – around 20 hours per week

Due to rapid growth, our client based in Stevenage are actively seeking an experienced office administrator assists the manager and director as well as a small team.

Skills Required

Previous experience in an office admin / PA type environment
Good use of Excel understands formula’s etc
Experience using DropBox
Must be extremely organised
Good spoken and written English
Must be able to drive to get to the location

Responsibilities

Maintaining personnel files online and in folders
Booking courses for contractors and Employees and sending them documentation regarding there courses
Driving licence checks
Keeping the calendar up to date with all booked courses
Checking contractors timesheets
Maintaining vehicle files online and folders
Keeping track of tax reminders and chasing for payments of these
Booking MOTs, services etc
Managing fuel cards
Printing and filing monthly yard checks
Maintaining First Aid and Fire Safety procedures, equipment and documents.
Managing paperwork for new employees/subcontractors such as yard inductions and policy booklets.
Logging all enquiries, and ensuring we respond in a timely manner.
Keeping all folders tidy and ensuring all documents are scanned and saved in Dropbox
Answering all calls and emails
Ensuring all calendars are kept up to date, tidy and all important dates are added promptly
General ad-hoc admin tasks
