Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £9.50 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5.30pm
Company Profile: An exciting prospect has arisen for an experienced customer service professional to join a growing and successful business in the heart of Biggleswade. The successful candidate will need to have previous customer service experience and be a motivated individual and a keen team player!
We are looking for candidates who enjoy working within a busy customer service environment and can deal with several questions and queries at one time.

• Previous customer service experience
• Computer Literate
• Good written English
• Confident telephone manner
Dealing with all inbound and outbound communications to customers
Processing inbound orders
Communicating with customers via email and online web chat
General office duties
• 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
