Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 per annum (Depending upon experience)
Working Hours: Full Time, Shift Patterns, Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 8.00pm
1 Saturday a month between 9.00am – 12.00pm (paid at a rate of 1.5 hrs on top of annual salary)

Our client based in the heart of Watford is seeking an excellent customer service candidate to join their busy service team.
The successful candidate will have strong customer service experience with competent Administration and IT skills.
Great communication skills, both written and verbal
Positive ‘can do’ personality
Mature and empathetic approach to situations
Excellent customer service skills
Confident and clear telephone manner
Handling inbound communications from customers, including emails and phone calls
Updating CRM system with accurate and well written notes
Adjusting customer contracts when necessary
Making outbound calls to customers for a friendly introduction
Dealing with customer queries with an empathetic and logical approach
