Job Description

Job title: Customer Service Administrator
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
Location: St Albans
Contract: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

An ambitious and ever-growing specialist supplier in the electrical industry.
They are now seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Administrator to service their valued customers.

Skills Required

Previous administration and phone-based customer service (3 years+ ideal)
Strong customer service skills are essential
Able to demonstrate leadership skills
Assertive
Great attention to detail
Highly organised
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with CRM systems would be beneficial
Experience in distribution/electrical industry is highly advantageous

Responsibilities

Work closely to support the Customer Service Manager
Act as team lead in the absence of the manager to ensure the team meet daily objectives
Support with training and developing of the team
Help train new starters
Handle customer queries and complaints
Handle returns for customers
Making outbound calls to customers regarding issues relating to their account
Organise and coordinate customer deliveries
Follow up new customer calls
Scan and file orders

Additional Information

Company bonus scheme
Pay review after 6 months
