Job Description

Salary: £22,000 - £24,000
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Hours: Part Time 5 days per week
Contract: Permanent

Due to an internal promotion, we are now seeking a part time Compliance Officer for our office in Welwyn Garden City. The role will suit someone with previous recruitment experience, who is organised, thorough with meticulous attention to detail.

Skills Required

• Previous recruitment experience is vital, preferably in an agency environment
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Good organisation and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail.
• Understanding current recruitment legislation would be advantageous
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Responsibilities

Conduct internal audits
Complete visa tracker checks and Home Office checks
Manage adherence to Agency Workers Regulations
Manage GDPR on behalf of the business
Keep up to date with impending legislation and implement any necessary changes
Issue, manage and analyse satisfaction surveys
Update documents, policies & procedures
Order stationery on behalf of the business
Manage office risk assessments
