Job Title: Client Services Administrator
Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 per annum
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30

Our Software Client in St Albans are looking to expand their team and are eagerly looking to hire a Client Services Administrator to join their office. Supporting companies within the Finance sector for over twenty years they boast a list of well-known clients who you would be working closely with. Skills Required


• You will be an experienced Administrator
• Your communication skills will be great
• You work well under pressure and enjoy being in a fast paced environment
• You are experience in using all MS packages, mainly Word and Excel
• If you have worked within the Financial Services Industry this would be a great benefit


Provided a superb service to your clients – mainly via telephone correspondence
Compile reports for Team Leader
Process Administration, including amendments to policies and entering new client information
Ensuring you are compliant at all times and adhere to all security measures

• On site parking provided
• 20 days’ annual leave plus bank holiday
