Job Title: Assistant Events Manager (Hospitality sector exp. Required)
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Skills Required

Solid experience within Event Coordination specifically within Hospitality
Excellent working knowledge of health & safety requirements
Great attention to detail and strong communication skills


Support the Events Manager with the day to day running of events
Ensure all functions and events are set and run to standards set out
Ensure guests needs are responded to as quickly and efficiently as possible
Responsibility for the health and safety of department in the absence of the manager
Ensure organisers are happy with facilities and service
Ensure cleanliness of areas
Ensure car parking for events are effectively managed
Inform Events manager of any issues in good time
