Job Title: 2nd Line IT Support Engineer
Salary: Up to £35,000 depending upon experience
Location: Welwyn, Hertfordshire
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am – 5.30pm

Company Profile: A successful Managed Services Provider located in Hertfordshire are looking for an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their small, but friendly support team!

Purpose of the role: To service their valued clients both onsite and remotely on a range of IT support services.

Skills Required

You must have a background within an MSP for this particular role
Solid background & experience within IT support
Key competencies: Server, Cisco, Office 365
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle as the role requires travel to customer sites


Provide onsite and remote support
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware & software issues
Identify billable work & estimate solutions
Log work & maintain systems
Escalate issues when required
Assist with general tasks
Work to stay within agreed SLAs
