Job Title: 1st/2nd Line Support
Salary: £24,000 per annum, (Depending on experience)
Location: Hertford
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm
Due to continued success, a highly successful and ambitious IT Services Provider in the Heart of Hertford, are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Desk Engineer to join their growing team.

Skills Required

• Previous experience within Technical Support, preferably for a Managed Service Provider
• Excellent problem solving and customer service
• Technical Experience including; (Windows Server 2012-2016, Microsoft Office 2010 - 2016, Windows Desktop 7-10, OSx Operating systems, Active Directory & Group Policy, Office 365, LAN/WAN
• Installing/configuring printers, (DHCP / DNS)
• A Full driving licence is essential, as travel to client premises on occasions is required


Provide onsite and remote IT Support
Install & maintain IT and communication systems
Ensure client requirements and deadlines are met
Provide 1st line & 2nd line diagnosis & resolution
Respond appropriately and efficiently to technical issues raised
Log all tickets via telephone, e-mail and portal
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Work in line with company policies & procedures
