Job Title: Data Administrator (Advanced Excel skills required)
Salary: £20,000 - 25,000 per annum
Location: St Albans
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
You must be an Advanced User of Excel e.g. pivot tables, vlookups
Able to use formulas and manipulate data
Comfortable liaising with clients regarding queries over the phone and via e-mail
Excellent attention to detail
Great team player
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Review and manipulate data from large data sets
Use Excel spreadsheets and formulas to allocate payments
Handle communications from clients via e-mail and phone
Electronic filing of documents
Update databases based on client requests
Work closely with the payroll team to coordinate work
