Smart10 are seeking a Service Delivery Co-ordinator on behalf of our prestigious multi award-winning client, based in Hertford, specialising in digital and technical solutions for their clients.
Job Title: IT Helpdesk Co-ordinator
Salary: Up to £28,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-5pm
Out of hours cover also required (rota basis)
Experience within a similar technical delivery/helpdesk role
Good technical aptitude and experience within a technical setting or working with technology partners
Familiarity with a range of hardware and software
Strong natural communicator
Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
Good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
Resilient with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Diligent and conscientious approach to your work
Flexible and adaptable
Co-ordination of the helpdesk
Ensure cases are managed effectively and within SLA
Preparation of reports and key business intelligence documentation for analysis
Help drive process improvements
Chair cross-departmental meetings
Be a point of escalation for operational or technical issues
Assist in reviewing data and feedback from clients to identify where additional software development is required
Generate and process technical documentation
Identify recurring case topics
